When to seek professional help
Mellow's tracking is a complement to professional care, not a substitute. If low mood persists
for weeks, symptoms are severe or worsening, or you are having thoughts of self-harm, contact a
mental health professional. Use /crisis resources or /support for immediate help. In the US,
call or text 988; for other countries see the
international helpline directory.
