Coping tools commands
All coping tools are subcommands of /coping.
Guided exercises
These give a short, gentle exercise. When the AI is available they are tailored to an optional
feeling: you provide; otherwise a fixed fallback is used.

/coping music | Calming listening suggestions. |
Options: feeling (optional) - how you are feeling, used to tailor the response.
/coping gratitude
Log or view things you are grateful for.

/coping journal
Write, view, or delete private journal entries. Entry text is encrypted at rest.

- Use tools regularly, not only during distress; early use is more effective.
